Terms and Conditions

At Innova Recovery Center, you are our priority ; quality and good service is extremely, so make sure to read our policies before you make a booking with us.

PAYMENT

1.- All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

2.- Payments are valid for one year in case you need to change the date of your procedure, as long as you notify the change 30 days in advance.

3.- A 50% deposit must be made in order to book your room. The remaining balance of your deposit must be settled upon your arrival, if this is not the case, another guest will be found to take your place and no refund will be made.

4.- If you decide to leave before your check out date, we will keep 50% of your payment for the remaining days.

TRANSPORTATION

1.- Innova Recovery Center will transport the guest from the Guadalajara International Airport and, once their stay our house is over, to the Airport.

2.- For patients leaving the hospital, the driver will pick them up on the day of discharge and take them to the address reserved for their recovery. Transportation will ONLY take guests to pre-op and  post-op visits scheduled by their doctor.

3.- The transportation service schedule is ONLY AND EXCLUSIVELY from 7:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the afternoon. Always keep this in mind when scheduling your flight. If your flight is scheduled before or after hours, you will need your own transportation to get to or from the facilities.

4.- Innova Recovery Center does not provide transportation to external clinics for massages or other medical services not scheduled by your doctor.

5.- Innova Recovery Center does not provide transportation to any other services that are not medical related (tourism, market, shopping, etc)

WORKING HOURS

We provide personal assistance 24 hours a day.

Contact hours: 10:00 hours- 21:00 hours

CHECK IN/ENTRY TIME 13:00 hours

CHECK OUT / DEPARTURE TIME 10:00 hours

Transportation hours: 7:00 hours-21:00 hours

Nursing assistance: 24 hours

Room cleaning: Room cleaning will be done in the morning, from 9:00 am to 12:00pm, Clients who do not leave their rooms available during those hours, will not have their room cleaned.

Food services: Breakfast (from 08:00 hours to 10:00 hours) lunch (from 14:00 hours to 16:00 hours) and dinner (from 18:00 hours to 20:00 hours) are included and are served at the times designated for it.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

1.- Our house offers 3 meals a day and snacks throughout the day, if you require another snack let the nurse know and they will provide it.

2.- We have schedules for each of our meals

Breakfast from 8:00 hours to 10:00 hours

Lunch 14:00 hours to 16:00 hours

Dinner from 18:00 hour to 20:00 hours

We can be flexible in this regard taking into account the day the surgery will be performed. The rest of the days these schedules will be respected.

3.- We have a cook at home who will prepare healthy and nutritious food. If you prefer not to consume any ingredient or condiment or have a food allergy, please inform the staff so that we can prepare the appropriate food for you. Prior your arrival, a survey will be sent for you to fill up with your information.

4.- In the event that you request food that your doctor does not approve for your recovery, you will have to sign a document where you will release Innova Recovery Center staff and your doctor from all responsibility for that decision.

RATES AND PACKAGES

We offer the following rooms:

1. 1.  Junior Suite: 145 US dollars per day
   2.  Master Suite: 155 US dollars per day

Companions: 60 US dollars per day.

The amounts paid with any debit or credit card and PayPal will have a 5% tax, since it is a bank tax for the use of the card and payment through the digital service. Taxes are not included if you use cash, but if you want or need an invoice, VAT will be charged at the current tax rate at the time of payment.
